Hello,
I am using a widget "Short Scrollable Terms". At certain times, The JotForm will have a screen pop up (screenshot attached) and subsequent uses of the "Short Scrollable Terms" widget becomes blank (screenshot attached). I suspect there's a problem with the Widget access the internet to get the data of the terms.
Another error occurs when patients are done surveys in Kiosk Mode, they can click "Exit Kiosk Mode" and then other users will not know what to do. There needs to be a Timer on this screen to return back to the Kiosk Mode with the survey or this can disrupt the whole point of "Kiosk Mode".Thank you,

Do you mean to say that the Short Scrollable Terms widget is not displaying in the form? Are you referring to the form 93144924184157? May we know you are collecting the offline or normally? Also, are you able to see the widget when you fill the form normally without using the Kiosk mode?

The Short Scrollable Terms widget is not displaying every time. It appears blank (as in the picture) some of the time.
The form is being used to collect information online.
Yes, the widget normally works but sometimes does not. It is difficult to reproduce the error.

I also couldn't reproduce the problem on desktop and on mobile.

If you keep experiencing problem with the Short Scrollable Terms Widget, I would suggest to use a Text element instead and use Multiple Choice (checkbox) for the users to agree to your terms on a separate page.
