Placed email and mobile verification into form and now have SMTP authentication issues.
time sensitive need help via call now pls

We currently do not provide live support via phone. You can always contact us via our support forum and also via our support email at support@jotform.com.
For SMTP authentication issues
I suggest you to check these 2 helpful guides:

Also, can you please verify the settings of the SMTP account from your account settings page.

If I delete SMTP emails, can I still create links in my Airtable, and send form again?
what does this do?

The SMTP email shouldn't affect the link you create in your Airtable.
May we know the error message you have received when submitting the form?
I have checked your account but I can't seem to find any form.
Can you please share the form in question?

It seems you're referring to the form https://www.jotform.co/form/93040653615857 and the E-mail validator widget.
If you experience an error when you enable the SMTP, kindly try to disable it or use another SMTP email.
Let us know how it goes.
