Birth date picker field: The Birth date picker field is not having an option to change the date format to dd/mm/yyyy in the card form layout

In my jotform online initial consult form, I have the date of birth as dd/mm/yyyy, but in the filled in copy that is sent to my email from the client it is mm/dd/yyyy, how can I correct this?

I see that the form is using Birth date picker field which is allowing only mm/dd/yyyy format in the card form layout. The format of the date seems to be supported only in the Classic layout forms. Let me forward the issue to our backend team for further investigation. If there is any update in this regard, we'll let you know.
