I have a different company and I'd like to set up a test for students where the answers come to my email.

Hi Orlandoa,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To create a form, you'll need to sign up first to Jotform using this link. After signing up, you can now create your forms with Jotform. We have a guide on How to Create your First Web Form that you can check out.
Once you created a form, a Notification email is automatically set up. This is the email that will be sent to you to notify you once a respondent submitted your form. Here's an example of the Notification email:
To learn more, you can check out our guide about the Explanation of Notification and Autoresponder Emails. Regarding setting up a test for your students, we have a Quiz App Tool that you can use. This will turn your form into a quiz or exam. Let me walk you through this:
- Quiz App Tool.
- Click on the Open Quiz Form App.
- From the modal, click on Allow.
- Select the form that you want to convert into a Test/Exam, and click on the Continue button.
- Configure your desired features under Options.
- Specify the correct answers to your form questions.
- Click on the Save Quiz button at the bottom of the page.
Here's the result:
You can try my demo form here. To learn more, you can check out our guide on How to Turn your Form Into a Quiz or Exam.
