Delete my email address from your system

    I have had an account in the past and I would like for you to remove my email address. Please let me know if you need any other information in order to do this. Thank you, Linda Kelly

    Hi Linda,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the email address you provided, but it is not associated with a Jotform account. Do you have another email address so we can check it? You can also delete your account once you log into your account. Sure, you can Delete Your Account, but that'll also delete all of your forms and data. If you're sure you want to go ahead with that, let me show you how to do it:

    1. On your Account Settings, scroll down and click on Delete My Account.

    2. Now, in the pop-up warning window, click on Yes, Delete.

    3. Then, enter your account password and click on Verify. That's it.

    Deleted Jotform accounts will stay in our database for 30 days before purging all the user's data. This includes forms, account details and form submissions on the account. Before the 30-day mark, the user can reactivate their account to cancel the purge and use their forms again.
