Displaying Forms on Multiple Devices without Login

    Hi

I need to find out how my client will use Jotforms to conduct multiple surveys in 4 locations.

My client has around 6 surveys that need to be conducted over a period of 2 months.

There will be a number of interactive tablets each with a different form set up. And 2 of the 4 locations have no access to internet, not wifi or otherwise.

I believe that one user subscription is needed, but my concern is that we cannot have apps installed on different tablets for the same user.

    Can you please confirm?

    Hi Claire,

Thanks for reaching out to JotForm Support. While it's possible to use Jotform Offline, our regular plans are single user plans, and you may not share your log-in info/credentials to log in to another devices, especially if it's going to be used in different locations. You can check out the Use Restrictions in Terms of Use here. You may consider upgrading to Enterprise Plan that allows subaccount users. Should you be interested, you can contact our Enterprise Sales team here.

    Thanks for that. To clarify

To display the range of forms in different locations I need a user account for each?

Each interactive tablet will display a single form. I don't want each tablet to allow a login. The tablets will be held by staff and it's important they they cannot modify the forms or see the survey data.

So if it's just to display the form without access to editing functions I need a separate user account for each location or device?

    Thanks again

    Hi Claire,

You don't need to have separate user accounts for each location or device to display your forms. You can simply share the Form URL with your staff, and they'll be able to access the form without needing to log in. Since you want to restrict access to editing functions and survey data, you're on the right track. By not providing login credentials, your staff won't be able to modify the forms or view the submissions.
