If you set all of the fields in your form as not required, then your respondents will be able to submit your form without filling up all the fields in your form. Is it not what is happening in your form? When you try to fill in your form using its direct link, were you prompted that you have skipped or left a field empty upon submission?
Can you give us more information about the issue you are having, please? Also, with your permission, can we make test submissions to your form, please?
We will wait for your response.

I think it had something to do with the google recaptcha thing that was working in the background.
I just took it off but I would like to use it

Thank you for the clarification. To my understanding, you are referring to this Captcha field
The Captcha field is set as required by default. But you should still be able to submit your form with fields that are not set as required by only filling-up the Captcha field.
I didn't encounter any issues submitting a cloned version of your form. Would it be possible for you to send us a screenshot of the issue you are having, please? How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum

There is option to Show/Hide the Captcha field in your Form Settings.
This is optional only. So you can turn it On/Off according to your preference.
But do take note that if you set all your form fields to NOT *Required, users will just be able to submit your forms without answering any of the questions on the form.
This will result you not getting any data from the form submissions.

jambroReplied on October 16, 2019 at 8:50 PMWell I was thinking that the required fields for part of the form and not on the rest of the form was maybe what was making it not work but I'm pretty sure it's the recaptcha thing now and I will change that

Yes, you can set other fields as required and not all of them. Kindly try setting some fields as required for information like Name, Email and Address etc. Once you have tried that, let us know and we'll test your form and see if we'll encounter issues with submission.

Looking forward for your response.

jambroReplied on October 17, 2019 at 12:50 AMI have set about have the fields to be required.
But one thing is weird whenever I was testing the form within jotform it always worked but when embedded on my website it didn't work. so I don't know what that's about kind of weird.
That was before I took off the recaptcha
