Missing field data

 Hello

 

In our form "An Afternoon with John Bell" we have a field called "Donation Method", with three radio button options.

This appears on the form itself https://cantusfirmus.org.uk/johnbell-booking.html, but does NOT appear in any of the Submissions views. So we can't see what people have entered in this field.

Can this be corrected urgently please, as we need this data for processing the event.

I have checked your submission data and it seems the "Donation method" has been changed to "type a question".

To clarify, may we know if you have recently updated the field or removed it?

Also, it seems the question field is not set to required, your form users may able to skip the questions anytime.

Can you please test a submission and let us know if the issue still remains?

Thanks for the swift response. Strange that the field name has been changed - and also that it was at the far right of the spreadsheet, despite not being the final question. Anyway, having discovered that, I have now renamed it and moved it.

May we know if you recently updated your form or did a change in that specific form field?

If the submission data is still not updating the field, let us know.

I changed it in the Submissions spreadsheet view.
