Many of our users are getting a blank page or redirect blocked error message when hitting the submit button on our AOA Login page. All this does is redirect them to an outside domain so we can control access. It was working perfectly, but now more and more people are having an issue. Can you please help me resolve this?

It seems like you embedded the form through a Frame which is blocking the redirection:
