Textarea Placeholder text not showing

I've copied the embed code for the form and have a placeholder set in the form builder for the textarea but when I paste in the code, there is no placeholder. I've tried to manually add the placeholder to the html code but it still doesn't show up.

Also there is some inline styling on the submit button and I've tried removing it in the html code but it doesn't change anything. How do I remove it without going into the css and putting !important at the end of my style.
