How to make the form go back to the welcome screen?

Hi, i made a feedback form so I want that when customer fills the form and submit. The form goes back to welcome screen

You may edit your Thank you page to redirect back to your form.

In your Form builder select "Edit Thank you page" by going to your last card.

Then select redirect to external link and add your Form URL.
