This is what happened when my reader clicked on my link during 3rd Oct 2019, 2 pm-3 pm.
You may need to check what have happened.

We checked your account then we didn't saw this problem. This issue can happens sometimes at the beginning of the month. If you think there is a problem with your quota please follow these steps,
1. Click "Avatar"
2. Click "Settings" button
3. Click the "Clear Cache" button
