As per checking, your forms are currently on Test Mode.
Based on the error, it seems that you tried to use a real credit card while on Test Mode. If you just want to test your form, you can continue having Test Mode, then use Square's test cards here:
https://developer.squareup.com/docs/testing/test-values
If you instead want to make an actual payment, please change it to Live Mode and reconnect your form to Square.
