A short time ago, I created a form on the pdf editor and could download it easily. Now, after editing that form, when I try to download it, a screen comes up asking if I want to download through Jotform.com and says I can choose what sites can download it.
I just want to download it to my computer like I did before. Is this no longer possible? If possible, how do I do that. It is an entry form for an event that I plan to place on our club website for download directly. I did not want to go through jot form as we only have a free account....and thought your pdf form builder was free to use??

Hi,
You are right, you should be able to download your PDF form through the PDF Editor using the download button on the upper right corner on the PDF editor page. I logged in to your system and able to download your PDF form without showing the message or question you mentioned.
May I ask if you are downloading the form as shown above? Or can you provide us a screenshot with the message you are showing when you try to download your form?
