Is there a way to insert my signature in a contract that I make with a client?

If you are referring to add your own signature to form as a form owner, you can do it in two ways.
First:
You can add an image of your signature using an image field type. Here is a screenshot for reference:
In this way, your signature will be already present in the form and then the person filling up the form will place his signature and submit the form.
Second:
You can use an Adobe Sign integration field. It has an 'Activate Signer Flow' option. When that option is enabled, the form respondent will be asked to sign the document; afterward, the owner of the form will be asked to sign.
Both parties will then receive the signed document as a PDF.
