Issue accessing Jotform API Documentation page.

    I have the same issue as jotform104. Private browsing helps, but the problem seems to be that I get redirected to https://eu.jotform.com/docs/ when logged in (and that page does not exist).

    Hi mathieu_dhondt,

    Can you share which browser, and operating system you're using, and also can you share the screenshot of the Console Report from the page where you're getting an error message?

    Once we hear back from them, we'll be able to move forward with this.

    Hi Arslan,

    I'm using the latest Firefox on Windows 11.

    When I open https://api.jotform.com/docs/ I get a 404 and this is what the console logs:

    As you see, I'm being redirected from api.jotform.com to eu.jotform.com

    My guess is this isn't a front-end issue. I don't have this issue when logged out.

    Hi mathieu_dhondt,

    You need to use this link to access the API login page. I noticed that you're using the wrong link showing  https://api.jotform.com/docs/ without #user-login at the end of the link. Try to open the link on a new browser or in private mode to avoid cache errors.

    Hi Mahmoud,

    That's not the issue. The issue is that when I'm logged in as a Jotform user, all links to the API docs at https://api.jotform.com/docs/ are redirected to https://eu.jotform.com/docs/, and that page does not exist.

    When I'm not logged in, all's well as I'm not redirected to the eu subdomain.

    Hi mathieu_dhondt,

    As I can see that your data center location is set to Europe, and that's why you're redirected to EU server. You can use this link here for EU users to access the Jotform API Documentation page. You can also access the link given below;

    https://eu-api.jotform.com/docs/#user-login

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    That links works, thanks.

    But you still have the issue that EU logged in users will be redirected to the wrong URL whenever they click a link to the API documentation from the User Guide.

    This page for instance has a link to the API documentation. The link in the documentation is https://api.jotform.com/docs/. When clicking the link, logged in EU users are redirected to https://eu.jotform.com/docs/ (a non-existing page) and not to the link you provided.

    So you should set the redirection right, otherwise a lot of logged in EU users will be unable to access the API documentation.
