No I want to change the square account where funds are currently being sent. Can I do this on accounts that are currently active.

If you mean replacing the Square account that's been integrated on your forms, you need to manually re-integrate them to your new Square account:
You have to do this to all your forms with Square payment integration in it. In that way, all payments collected will be sent to your new Square account.
