    my account was suspended??? Why. I belong to Intletravela and was uploading forms for traveling

    Hi Paula,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named TRAVELER INFORMATION FORM that was flagged as offering a fake service/job application scam. We understand this might not be the case with your form, but we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms of Use.

    I’ve deleted the offending form and reactivated your account. You should be able to log in now. You can create the form again after changing your account email address to a corporate one.

    why do I need to change my email?? Im an independent Travel Agent and our sponsor is Inteletravel. I don't want to send emails to them??

    I understand your concern. The reason we recommend using a corporate email address is to prevent your account from being flagged by our phishing detector again. Personal email addresses like Gmail, Yahoo, etc., are more likely to trigger our system, especially when it comes to forms related to business or professional services, as these could be flagged for phishing or fraud protection.

    In your case, even though you're an independent travel agent, having a corporate email address (one connected to Inteletravel or your own domain) would reduce the chances of your forms being flagged in the future. It’s not about sending emails to your sponsor, but about showing the system that your form is tied to a legitimate business, helping to avoid unnecessary suspensions.

    If you’d still prefer not to use a corporate email, just be aware that this risk could persist, and you may need to verify your account again later on if it’s flagged.
