Data Collection for PDF fillable Form

If we prefer to stick to using a PDF Fillable Form instead of an online form, how do we collect the data and where is it going to reside?

I tested a couple of times with fillable PDF forms created in JotForm with a Submit button but it always comes back with "Incomplete Values..." error even if I've made the fields "not required.

- We do not plan to use an online form.  Can we possibly use just the PDF form and have a submit button to collect info? Going back to the original question now, can we collect the data ourselves in a spreadsheet maybe? - btw, my username is now carouselle.

I cloned your form and then exported it into fillable PDF form and it is working fine when I submit the form within the PDF. I am not getting any error. I used Adobe Acrobat.

With regards to your other question, I'm not sure of your workflow but if you plan to collect data into an Excel file manually, that's possible without using JotForm. How can we make this form and the information collected secure?

Using the form URL should be secure. Please check also JotForm Security
