Hello,
We discovered that we have two accounts with Jot Form that are setup for our company and we are hoping to merge these into one. One account is ttcsales (email address associated is erika.bradley@ttc.com) and the other account name is jacecorp05 (email address associated with this account is jace.leicht@ttc.com).
The latter of the two accounts is the lower rate, so ideally we would like to merge everything under this one account.
Can we please confirm if we can merge these two accounts so all forms show up under one? We will likely then update the account name and associated email to the new team member who manages this.
Thanks in advance for your help!

Merging accounts in Jotform is moving all forms from another account to the main account. Please select which account you would like to create as the primary and we will transfer the forms to that account.
My suggestion is jacecorp05 account since it can handle all the forms from ttcsales account and it holds a grandfathered subscription.

Thank you! Yes, we would like to use the jacecorp05 as the primary account and transfer the forms from ttcsales to that account.
Thank you!

As per your request, I transferred all the forms under ttcsales account to jacecorp05 account.
Also, if you will not use the ttcsales account, please downgrade the subscription so that you will not be charged or the subscription will not renew.
