Authorized signature

Hi! I'm trying to sign your online PDA-agreement. But the field for the authorized signature is awkward. I'm trying to replicate my signature via my trackpad on my computer,  but it really doesn't resemble my signature very much because I never ever write my signature by my trackpad / mouse.

Do you have any other solution for me to sign the agreement?

We have several signature widgets. 

How to Add an E-Signature to Your Form

The DocuSign widget can be signed without the mouse, but it requires a DocuSign account.

But I'm not trying to add a signature-element to my form. I'm simply trying to sign your PDA.

Sorry for the confusion. I did not understand originally what are you trying to achieve.

Unfortunately, there isn't any other way to sign our DPA agreement.
