Account suspended and can't log on

    Hi!

    I just submitted a ticket but I can't log onto my account so I'm not sure how I would get an answer from you folks.

    Is there an email or number I can call regarding my account.

    Hi Paula,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We don’t currently offer live phone support. Since the ticket was created using your paula@ohanapacific.org email address, the response to the ticket will be directly sent to that email address. I also checked your account and confirmed that it is now active. Can you try to login again and see how it goes?
