How to share a form to a multiple email recipients?

If I am using the free service to distribute an artwork entry form I created for a non-profit organization, why am I limited to only 10 emails that can be sent? Is there a better way to make my form accessible to a membership of 75 people without having to upgrade? My use of Jotform will only be annually and for only one form that I need to make accessible for less than 100 artists. Please advise.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. In Starter plan, users are limited to sending 10 email invites. As a workaround, you can share the form link via email, social media, or any other communication platform you use. Let me show you how:

• In Form Builder, click on Publish, and then select Copy Link.

You can now share your form link through your email or on social media.

Hi...so, I added more email addresses before seeing your reply. I got
another error message though; this time it said I exceeded 100. I only
entered 61??
I will try sending the link as you suggest.

Can you provide us more details on how you added 61 emails to your form? and if you could also send a screenshot of an error, we could investigate further and provide a possible solution to it. Here's how you post a screenshot to your support forum:

1. On the Support Forum page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.
