LNCharterReplied on August 23, 2019 at 3:43 PMThank you. Can I set the hyperlinked form up so it will return to the original form the user was working on?
Also,is there a way to have a selection where if option A is chosen they are dropped down to one set of questions and if option B is chosen they are dropped down to another set of questions?
Thanks
Marie Joseph

To my understanding, you would like your respondents to return to the original (main) form after they submitted the form they were redirected to when they clicked the hyperlink in the original (main) form, is that correct?
If that is the case, then you can set the Form URL of the original (main) form (Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL) as the Thank-You page Redirect to External Link of the second form (Redirecting-Users-to-a-Different-Page)
Once the second form is submitted, it will automatically redirect to the original (main) form. Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance.

LNCharterReplied on August 26, 2019 at 10:43 AMWe are a K-12 school and are intending to sign up to use jot form to collect donations from parents for our school campaign. Upon reading the terms and conditions, it states that we “may not use the JotForm Service to collect certain types of sensitive information, including but not limited to, credit card information and any type of login credentials. You may collect some sensitive information such as social security numbers or driver’s license numbers.” We believe this relates to the previous paragraph which refers to phishing.
We are making the form available to our parents as a link from our website for their convenience to donate to our school using their credit cards. We are confused why you allow the collection of social security and driver’s license numbers, but not unsolicited credit card numbers. Can you explain?
Thank you
