WHEN I ENTER THE JOTFORM APPLICATION AND GO TO VIEW THE SHIPMENTS, THE DATE AND TIME APPEAR AS THE IDENTIFIER. I WOULD LIKE THE COMPANY NAME FIELD TO ALSO APPEAR. IS THIS POSSIBLE?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and reviewed it, but I don't see the Company Name field. When I made a submission, the N° de Caso field is included and appears in the app. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better? Also, please make sure you have the latest version of the Jotform Mobile App. You can try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if that resolves the issue.

Hi Israel,
To confirm, are you referring to changing your submission's header from your Jot from App? It's easy to do. Let me walk you through it:
- Click on the Gear icon on the Right side of your App
- Go to Header Setting and Select the field that you want to use as a header

IF THAT'S IT. SHOULD I DO THAT FROM THE ADMINISTRATOR ACCOUNT? SINCE I AM VIEWING IT FROM A USER THAT HAS THE FORM ASSIGNED AND THAT OPTION DOES NOT APPEAR. IF I DO IT FROM THE ADMINISTRATOR ACCOUNT, IS THE CONFIGURATION CHANGE FOR ALL ASSIGNED USERS?

Yes, you should make the configuration changes from the administrator account. The reason you're not seeing the option from the user account is that assigned users typically have limited permissions, depending on the access level granted to them.
When you make changes from the administrator account, those updates will apply to all assigned users as well, ensuring consistency across the board. You can adjust user permissions accordingly if you want to allow specific changes at the user level.

In my "STAFF TIME CONTROL" form I want to put the date as a header and my "TYPE OF CLOCKING" field as a subheading, but I only get the Time of clocking and date options. Why?

Hi pesupervisionlogistica,
I checked your form, and it appears that "TIPO DE MARCAJE" is a Dynamic Dropdown widget, and you cannot select a widget, in the header or subheader. I cloned your form and added a dropdown field, and it appears to be working. Check out my screenshots below:
Can you try to use a dropdown field instead of a dynamic dropdown widget? Can you try to test it again?
