Please provide customer service on helping me understand the quiz form developer. My form is not working, I have done quizzes before and for some reason, the form is not receiving data.

Hello Cory,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? Are you referring to not receiving results via email? Please note that in the Quiz App, there's an option to email the results to your preferred recipient. You just have to enter the email address of the one who will be receiving the test results. Check out my screenshot below:
