A client from Hong Kong was unable to use our payment form:

He said that the PayPal Checkout button was not visible, and there was no other "Submit" button - screen shot attached

I have gone ahead and added "Submit" button in your form. Please test your form again and see if you are able to see the submit button in embedded form.
