What are the different plans and limits?

For using the form, is there any price or subscription plan applicable, like monthly or yearly?

Acutally, I want a form with these widgets that will embed with my Shopify website. The customer will fill out this form. So, any limtation is there for form fill, or form can fill unlimited times.

Each of the standard plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold) has its own monthly and total limits. With the Starter plan, you can have up to 5 active forms in your account, and you can collect 100 submissions monthly. If you will be receiving more submissions, I suggest that you check out our Pricing page to see the limits of the different plans. All paid plans (Bronze, Silver, and Gold) have monthly and yearly subscription options.
