Hi ARUN,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named Shopping Complaint Form 2024 that was flagged as offering a fake service/job application scam. We understand this might not be the case with your form, but we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms of Use.
For us to reactivate your account, we’ll need your permission to delete the offending form. You can create the form again after changing your account email address to a corporate email.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.

In fact hundreds of people in India after seeing my form at your portal
have started using your services.
I think I will have to search for an alternative because you are
frequently creating problems unnecessarily.
It indicates that you are a greedy company and does not want to support
social cause.
I am also marking a copy to your CEO so that he knows what is happening
inside his organization.

I am sorry if you feel that way. This is not the experience that we want you to feel. But, we have to act according to our Terms of Use to protect both the form owner and the form user from any fraudulent activities.
I have successfully deleted the offending form and reactivated your account. You can create the form again after changing your account email address to a corporate email.
