Hello,
I have just received this message regarding our JotForm Guest Registration form that our hiking club uses each week for our various hikes.
Your form SKRASTINS GUEST REGISTRATION FORM has reached its submissions limitThis mail is sent to inform you that your form SKRASTINS GUEST REGISTRATION FORM has reached its declared submissions limit. You can increase the form's submission limits from the settings page of your form builder to let your users continue to submit it.
When I click on the link, I see this message:
We have renewed our subscription fairly recently. Can our non-profit senior hiking club continue to use this registration form without additional work or cost to the club?
Thanks. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Mary

Hi Mary,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account usage and limits, and they are in standing. Your form has been disabled, and you can easily set the status of your form to Enabled in Form Settings. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the Form Settings option, click on Form Status.
- In the window that opens, click on the Downward Arrow icon and select Enabled, then click on the Save button at the bottom-right side of the window.
That's it, you're done. Now your form is enabled and people can send submissions. You can also check out our How to Enable or Disable a Form guide to get a better idea of how it works.
Reach out again if you need any more help.
