I 'forgot my password', I never did receive an email for an existing account with PrimeFare

Hi Beverly,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can request to reset the password of your account. The reset password link will be sent to the registered account email address. Please make sure that you enter the correct email address or username of the account. Let me walk you through it:
1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.
2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.
3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.
4. You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password. In the email, click on Reset Password.
5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
That's it. Your new password is now set, and you can use it to log into your Jotform account. Also, if you don't receive an email, try checking your Junk/Spam folder and see in case it was sent there. We also have a guide about How to Reset Your Jotform Password that you can check out.
