    Hi there,

I have three forms I am creating for an app.

The first form, called Purchase Classes, is where the end-users will pay for one, four or 8 classes.

The second form, called Cancel a Class, is where the end-users will be able to cancel classes they have booked.

The third form, called Book a Class, is where the end-users will be able to book a class, if they have purchased classes available.

I need to be able to track purchased classes by email address so when the user is trying to book a class, the app knows if they have any available classes to book. The math should be (Purchased Classes - Scheduled Classes + Cancelled Classes).

I need to be able to track booked classes by email address so when the user is trying to cancel a class, I can show them what classes they have booked where the class date is greater than 8 hours from now, that they can cancel from.

How can I accomplish the above?

    Hi Sona,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it is not possible to link your three forms to an app. Ideally, purchasing and paying for the booking should be done using one form, while cancellations can be handled through a separate form. When a user requests to cancel a booking, you can manually delete the submission from the Jotform tables of the original form where the booking was made and paid for. You can check out this guide on How to Delete Form Submission Data.
