Hello,
I have used JF for years and this is the first time I have run into this issue. On mobile, this form is way more narrow than it should be. I am not sure where to fix this as I don't see any CSS or other settings to make it look this way.

Hi pixlproduction,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tried embedding your form on a test site, and it displays just fine on mobile. Check out my screenshot below to see my results:
Seems your website's code is conflicting with the form that results the fields to display narrower on mobile. Can you try using the embed code below instead?
<iframe
id="JotFormIFrame-242285416656967"
title="Plug and Play Order Form"
onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)"
allowtransparency="true"
allow="geolocation; microphone; camera; fullscreen"
src="https://form.jotform.com/242285416656967"
frameborder="0"
style="min-width:100%;max-width:100%;height:539px;border:none;"
scrolling="no"
>
</iframe>
In case the issue persists, you can also try other Embed Methods available for WordPress users here.
