Hi Ruth,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, all paid accounts can remove the Jotform log, Let me show you how to remove Jotfrom Branding:- On the Myforms page, click on your Avatar on the upper-right side of the page.
- From the dropdown, select Settings.
- Next, click the Settings tab section.
- Scroll down and uncheck the Show “Powered by Jotform” on my forms option.
Also, you can remove the Jotform logo on your Autoresponder email.
- In the Form Builder, click Settings on the top of the orange bar option.
- Click the Emails tab section on the left side.
- Hover your mouse on your Autoresponder email and click the Pencil icon.
- Click the Jotform Logo.
- Then select the Delete column.
- Lastly, click the Save button.
