Hello,
My survey (Campus Link | LCMS U | Campus Survey (jotform.com)) is not following the rules I have setup. Basically I only want to be shown the state that is selected in the first question while all other options are hidden.

Hi lcmsbbnc,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, I was able to replicate the issue. However, after carefully checking on your form, I see here that this is caused by a conflict on your Hide conditions. You will need to edit all Hide Conditions and remove the Name of College - "State" from the Do part of your conditions. Here's a screenshot for more context:
Editing a condition is easy, let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, then, click on Conditions in the left panel.
- Now, hover your mouse on the condition that needs to be edited and click the Pencil Icon.
- Next, click the X icon next to the field that needs to be removed from the Do part of your condition.
- Finally, click on Save button.
That's it. Keep in mind, that you will need to do it in all hide conditions for your Name of College - "State" fields.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
