I need multple approvals in a table

We're trying to use this table to make multiple aproval requests. Is there a way we can approve / deny each one on the entries or is it only possible to approve the whole thing?

It is not possible to set up approval flow on individual entries within an input table. Approval flow applies to the entire form submission. Can you explain a bit more about what you're trying to achieve, so we can help you create a workaround for this?

I want to create a budget approval form for multiple items. I want to be able to either approve or deny each one of them, and, if denied, I want to be able to give the reason why it was denied and give the applicant a way to contest it.

While the feature to set up approval flow on individual entries within an input table isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

You can set approval flow on complete form submissions. Let me show you how you can set up an approval flow:

1. Open your form in Form Builder, click on the Downward Arrow icon next to Jotform Logo, and then click on Approvals.

2. In Approval Flow Builder, click on the Approval Email element on the Builder, and then click on the Gear icon.

3. In the menu that appears on the right side of the screen, enter your email address under Approvers.
