How can I let someone from my team add comments on the form once it's submitted?

    Hello,

    I just created a new form. I want someone on my team to be able to send a custom 'response form' to what was filled out in the questionnaire. Is there a good way to do this?

    For example after the customer fills out the form, someone on my team needs to be able to respond t their questions either on the same form, or there needs to be some sort of flow where after its filled out, we can send a response form.

    Attached is the form I created. The section where it says 'technician to be filled out', I need to know how to execute that.

    Hi Jaclyn,

    I understand that you want a portion of the form to be filled out by the technician from your team, then the form filler will get to see the additional response. You can do this by adding a Get Form Page URL widget, then adding the Edit link to the Notification Email which will be sent out to the person who will add comments.

    Then you will need to set the Autoresponder to be sent out only after the submission was edited so they will see the additional fields that were filled out. Lastly, you will need to set up a conditional logic using Enable/Require/Mask Field element that will be triggered to show the fields assigned to the technician. Let me show you how to set that up:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element button.

    2. Go to the Widgets tab and search for the Get Form Page URL from the options.

    3. Click on the Fields that need to be filled by the Technician, and then click on the Gear Icon.

    4. Enable the On toggle switch to Hide the fields.

    5. Next, click on the Settings tab at the top, then go to the Emails tab on the left side.

    6. Hover your mouse to the Notification Email and click on the Pencil Icon to Edit it.

    7. Under Email Content, click on the Form Fields button, then select Edit link from the options, once done click on the Save button.

    8. Hover your mouse to the Autoresponder Email and click on the Pencil Icon to Edit it.

    9. Go to Advanced tab, under Send Email Automatically option, make sure that the When a submission is edited is the only option is checked.

    10. Once done, click on the Save button.

    11. Click on the Conditions tab on the left side, then click on the + Add Condition button.

    12. Select Enable/Require/Mask Field element from the option.

    13. Set the recommended condition below, then once done, click on the Save button.
