Hi, I've received submissions for two forms that should have closed yesterday at 4:00 pm. I've double checked the expiration date, so I'm not sure what's going on. These are the two forms:

https://www.jotform.com/submissions/91885329563975 — Last submission yesterday was 08-09-2019 14:24:07, your cutoff time was set at 16:00. It is still within the cutoff time.
https://www.jotform.com/submissions/91885289539983 — Last submission yesterday was 08-09-2019 09:58:24, your cutoff time was set at 16:00. It is still within the cutoff time.
Would you mind providing us the submission ID's https://www.jotform.com/help/549-Where-to-Find-the-Submission-ID you are reporting that was submitted outside 16:00 time?

We are unable to view your screenshots. The files that are attached inside of an email will not be shown here on the forum. You need to open this thread and upload them.
How to Post Screenshots to Our Support Forum
Also, please provide us the submission ID's.

Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you.
I checked the new forms you provided and I can confirm that the forms were submitted after the Expire Date your set inside of the Form settings.
This issue was related to the form cache. The forms were still enabled when our subdomain https://form.jotformpro.com was used. The forms were disabled when https://www.jotformpro.com subdomain was used.
I cleared your form cache and the issue is now resolved. You should no longer receive submissions from your disabled forms.
Just to be sure that the same issue does not happen again, please clear your form cache from time to time.
