Hello. We have just learned about your forms and use squarespace for our current site. We like the forms you have and were playing around with the template for class registration.
We ideally would like participants to choose more than one course being offered in the session but when exporting to excel, would like more than one listing for that person meaning- if they signed up for 3 courses, to show in excel 3 times, listing themselves in 3 individual rows, 1 course per row. I hope that makes sense?

Hi @HuttonHouse,
Just to clarify, you would like multiple records if the participant selects multiple courses a new record for each course selected.
Now with the Google Sheets integration, it would add all date to a single record.
For Example, I integrated Google Sheets with your form to do a test. Selected 3 courses.
Unfourtantly, there is not a way to have three separate records created for the one submission.
