Hi Cathy,
I saw that you've already enabled the Attach PDF feature on your Autoresponder Email. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I'd encounter an issue receiving a PDF document, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
As you can see, I was able to receive a PDF document attached in the Autoresponder Email. Try to do a test submission on your form to see if you can receive a PDF document in your Autoresponder Email.
