MICDSPAPresidentAsked on September 20, 2024 at 12:25 PM
Hello,
My link to my jot form is not working. When we try to access it we get a message that says "Oops looks like the form is missing"
When I am logged in My Forms now lists a "clone"
Any advice on how to fix from my side?
Thank you for your help!
Jen

Hi Jen,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you share to us the link to your form so we can check it? If you're referring to your MICDS Parents Association Event Summary 2024 - 2025, I am able to see it in your account as well as access it. Here's a screenshot:
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

I think I somehow made a clone and deleted my original form. I am able to rename the clone etc, but now the buttons and links on a portal that had been previously linked to my form are no longer linked to a form.
Is there a way for you to recover my old form or is my only solution to reset links to the new copy?

Hi Jen,
You can recover your deleted form in the Trash folder on the My Forms page. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In My Forms page, click on Trash on the bottom left side of the page.
2. Hover your mouse over your form, and click on Restore.
That's it. Let us know if you have any other questions.

permanently deleted?

Hi Jen,
Unfortunately, once a form is deleted and purged it can no longer be retrieved. You can set-up the cloned form according to how the original form was setup since you still have a cloned copy.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
