Unable to locate Sign Documents.

    Good afternoon, I have an issue with accessing my account. My first account used an older email address and a few days ago I switched my email address to another. When I came to sign in to my account the day or so after the switch, I got an error stating my account had been deleted. Eventually i managed to re verify my google account and get into my account using the new email address, however, my documents are now missing. I gave up trying to fix it last night and have just tried to log in again and I can't, it states once more that my account is deleted and I cannot create a new one because an account with this email already exists too. I have no idea what's happened but the application form I was using is still live and working on my website so my documents clearly still exist somewhere. Please help!

    Hi Danielle,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked the account that you are using to contact us, I saw that the documents and your application form are present. Keep in mind that your documents are located in different sections of your account. Let me show you where you can find it:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on the My Forms text in the upper left corner of the page beside Jotform.
    2. Then, select My Sign Documents.

    If you are still not able to find your documents, please provide us with the link to your website where your application form is embedded, so we can use it to locate your account.

    Once we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.
