I am currently on the Bronz level subscription. I thought that we should no longer get ads from the submitted form.
we saw this today
how do I stop this from happening?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked both forms on your account and the "Powered by Jotform" banner is not showing at the bottom of the forms. Can you walk us through how you were redirected to the page shown in the image above?

I had a user access the form on the tablet this morning from this link.
https://form.jotform.com/242336119782156
After the hit submit it opened that second tab and showed that screen.
I just turned his off this morning.
will that solve this??

Hi John,
The screenshot you have shared is from the Jotform homepage, which the user might have mistakenly visited. The branding option in the account settings will only turn off the "Powered by Jotform" message. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
I have cleared your form caches as a precaution, test it again after clearing your browser cache. Also test it on a different browser or a device. If the issue persists, we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

we have not seen that happen again. I believe you are correct the user may have clicked on something.
