Form with authentication

Kindly share the budget for using a form with two authentcation apps details as below:1. SMS Confirmation app

2. E-mail Validator

We want to embed a form with authentication on our Shopify store.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We have the Email Verification where you can verify a form user's email, and SMS Confirmation widget to send SMS confirmation. You can add these to your form. Let me show you how.

1.) On Form Builder, click on Add Form Element on the left side, then click on the Widgets tab.
2.) Add the Email Verification and SMS Confirmation widgets to your form.

3.) Then you can embed the form to your webpage by Iframe embed in Publish.
a. Click on Publish on the orange bar on top, then click on the Embed tab on the left.
b. Click on Iframe, then click on Copy Code and embed it to your page.

If you are referring if there's additional fee using the widgets, my colleague mentioned, for the Email Validator widget it's free. As for the SMS Confirmation widget, since you need a Twilio account, there might be fees. You can check their website for more information. If that’s not exactly what you mean, can you explain a bit more, so I can help you better?
