Hello-
I have a form built called "Realtor - Valligent Partner Agreement". Is it possible to have the email sent with the field name in the header?
So, in this case, it would read "Valligent Partner Agreement - John Doe"

Hi Valligent,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you want to customize the email subject, you can do that from your email notification settings. Here's how to do it:
- In your Form Builder, go to Settings.
- From the left navigation, go to Emails.
- Click on the pencil icon in your Notification.
- Under the Email tab, go to the Email Subject and paste/write your preferred title.
- Lastly, click on the Save button.
That's it! See the screencast for my results:
Reach out again if you have any other questions.

Hello- Thank you, but I do not want it to say "John Doe" every time. I would like the field to be different for every submission.
I would like to add the unique field to the subject line at the end so I can see who submitted without opening the email. Is this possible? -

I thought that this would accomplish what I wanted, but I guess not. What does this do?
The emails still look like this:

Hi Valligent,
I checked, and see that you are referring to the Sign Document email. I'm afraid there is no option to customize the subject of the Sign Document email. What my colleague has shown you is to customize the subject of the notification email where you have edited the subject.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
