I can't add a payment system

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you share with us the form URL and what was the payment gateway you're trying to integrate in your form. It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

I'm trying to add paypal personal so that I can set up ticket payments.
There is a red icon With a line through it. It blocks me from adding this
feature

Hi Karen,
It looks like you have a Single Choice element on your form referring to credit card or PayPal but are yet to integrate with Paypal personal. It's easy to add a PayPal Integration to your form. Let me walk you through it:
- Click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the Form Builder page.
- Under the Payments tab, choose one of the PayPal options.
- In the panel on the right side of the page, click on Connect. This will take you to the PayPal page.
- Now, enter all of the necessary information and connect your PayPal account with your form. That's it. You're done.
