    Using this form https://www.jotform.com/build/242565719267164, when selecting these boxes, Editing Multiple Selection View on Email Content Image 1 Screenshot 30

    the formatting comes across a little wonky on the returned email once the review is complete

    Is there a way to change the formatting in the email so it looks like something below (meaning all in one line)?

    Roles: Posting, Claim Submission, Insurance Aging

    Hi WisdomInfo,

    In such cases, we can't directly intervene in the Email Source Code. However, I will share a code that works in certain browsers. Let me show you how to add this code:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.

    2. Click on Emails on the left side of the page.

    3. Hover your mouse over the Notification 1 and click on the Pencil icon.

    5. Copy the code in the below:

    display: ruby !important;

    6. Paste it into the p class of the Roles element as I show you below and click on Ok.

    If you can't display the Notification Email as it shown in screenshot above, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

    Give it a try and let us how it goes.
