Is there a way to send a specific email to a respondent based on conditions of his or her response? For instance, if someone says they want more information, we can follow-up automatically with a link to our calendar availability...

Hi Colin,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can send an email based on a user's answer. First, you will have to create an Autoresponder Email for when the user checks the box. Let me show you how to do it
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- Now, click on Add an Email.
- Next, select Autoresponder Email.
- Customize the options the way you want them and you’re done.
Next, set the Autoresponder Email based on the answers from form submitters. Here's how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Click on Conditions on the left.
- Select Add Condition.
- In the list that pops up, click on Change E-mail Recipient.
- Set the conditions like you see below, for example, and click on Save.
And that's it. An email will be sent when someone selects that they want to receive more information and inform their email. You can also check out our guide explaining How to Send Emails Based on a User's Answer.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
