For example. I'm making a form for a catering business, and I want to add multiple platters. I want the name of the platter, the description, and pricing. I'm only finding multiple choices that don't allow me to add a description underneath. is there a checkbox widget or something similar?

Hi,
Please check my demo form: https://form.jotform.com/92186255978978
Unfortunately, I was not able to find and field that can add Sub-Label for your food description. However, you can add the description after the product just like what I did on my demo form.
If that is okay with you, you can clone the demo form to check and test it by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

This is great, thank you! However, is there a way to control the quantity amounts I think h
e specifically wanted the amounts of 10, 15 and 20 people.

Also, I see that you have used a payment setting, and I already have one. The form says I can't have more than one, so how would I get around that?

Yes, you can only add one payment field to your account. After checking your form, I suggest the Single Choice field and use a calculation to pass the data to the Total amount. For more information, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/301-How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value
If you want to add products option to your current payment field, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/225-How-to-Add-Options-to-Payment-Forms
I hope this information helps.
