I have been using jotform for about a year. My one form does not show up in my account. I need to modify my form but I am not sure how to do that. Please advise.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the email address you've use with this ticket and can see that it is a Form User Account Type. The 'Form User' account type indicates that someone has linked a form to your email address. Are you referring to a different account? If so, kindly send us the email address or the App URL / Form URL that you want to modified so we can have a look at it.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
